Chelsea are ready to make a third bid of £30m for Everton defender John Stones. The 21 year-old English defender has been on Chelsea radar since the beginning of transfer window with Jose Mourinho saying that Stones will be the last player he would sign before the transfer window closes. We already learnt that the Toffees have earlier rejected two bids from Chelsea, a  £26m bid was also rejected with Everton boss saying his player worth more, and now the Blues hope with £30m bid for the youngster this time around might convince Bill Kenwright to sell. Meanwhile both Manchester City and Manchester United are monitoring the developments if it falls out.
