Healthy Recipes | 10 Tips to Help you Live a Good and Healthy Life

Living a good and healthy life is what every body yearn for but its so difficult keeping to the rules of healthy living. You must have to maintain healthy diet and consume only healthy food. Perhaps we are too busy with our every day work or perhaps we have dig deep in to the habit of eating too many junk food with out caring how dangerous they are to our health. Good health is what every one desire in life off course no body wants an unhealthy life do you?. But in other to be physically fit, healthy and strong, we must keep to the health recipe rules that makes us healthy and obey them meticulously. In this article, i wish to provide some few basic healthy tips you can keep to in other to maintain a healthy and vibrant life and also enhance your immune system.

1. Waking up early in the morning:
You will just have to make it a routine habit waking up around 5:00am spending time working on yourself before going to work. You could wake up and do some few push ups and sit ups to keep you agile before you set out to your routine morning job. it keeps you healthy and sharp at work

2. Exercise: 
Having a goal of exercising 4 times a week is good for you if you have the time and energy you may take short exercises daily. if your day job is not that of 8 to 6pm job, you can go out and play soccer, tennis or any game that will make you sweat. it keeps you healthy and in good shape. 

3. Take time to write your goal:
Take a good time each day to write what you intend to do and try to get closer to achieving your short medium and long term goals. starting the day by writing your goals means that you have better awareness of them throughout the day. achieving your set goals will make you comfortable and less stressful hence giving you a good and healthy Living.

4. Read and listen to motivational materials in the morning:
A whole day of endless possibilities lies ahead, motivate yourself to be your best by reading and listening to inspirational books/audio books. for me i take my daily devotional book along with me and read my holy bible when am depressed, it makes me healthy and in good shape. 

5. Visualize your day ahead: 
Visualize what you want to achieve in the coming days as though they are happening. its amazing how your desires become reality when you do this. visualization gives you faith and faith makes you strong in life.

6. Write a To do list: 
Write out a list in your diary or notepads of the important task you need to do that day as they are completed put a line through them so simple yet so effective I do it daily and it helps. it make me take a sigh of comfort and achievement. a tip to increase your healthy life.

7. Check the News Headlines: 
It is very important to have an idea of what is happening in your community and the world around you. having a radio, reading news papers, news head lines and watching news on the television keeps you current and makes you feel you are not cut out of the world.

8. Take a multivitamin:
Try to eat well balanced diet but taking a multivitamin daily reassures you are obtaining the proper amount of vitamins and minerals that you need. multivitamins keeps you healthy and fit for any physical activity. t also enhance your immune system.

9. Tidy up your House:
A cluttered house can lead to a cluttered mind and fuzzy thinking. Its best to stay on top of things by tidying up your room each day. it brings comfort and healthy living. 

10. Take time to look good:
It’s a reality of life that people judge us by our appearance. Take a few minutes each morning to ensure you go out into the world looking the best you can. primp yourself and look good as much as you can.

  1. Health should always be prioritized. There are a lot of ways to stay healthy, we all just need the proper discipline. But it's also important to keep in mind that even though we're living a healthy life style, it's still advisable to have clinical check-ups to know where our health condition is at.

  5. I have one more thing to add to that very useful list - get enough sleep. It is only when we catch Z's that our body can properly recharge and repair itself so it's important to get enough of it.
