Quality Sleep Gets Better with Age True or False

Most people do believe that quality sleep declines in old age. that is, the older you grow, the quality of good sleep reduces but the truth is otherwise. You might be wrong it you think that older people finds it difficult to sleep. The study in sleep journal found that people in their 80s are reported to have the best quality sleep. A telephone survey with more than 150,000 American adults in their 80's reveals fewer complaint about their sleeping pattern while those of middle aged especially women had the most sleeping disorders. but the randomized survey was based on self reported data and did not measure people's actual sleep patterns which is capable of making one doubts about the authenticity of the results. well sleeping disorder can occur in youths due to so many factors like alcohol, drugs, depression, low self esteem, dejection, heart break etc and might not be a natural phenomenon to be generalized.  A sleeping disorder should be considered as an individu...
