Herbal Remedies for Bed wetting

Bed wetting is the act of urinating in bed involuntarily at night. Children generally at the age of 3-4 years have control over the bladder, but in some children, the mechanism some how is not strengthened and they pass urine in bed involuntarily. This phenomenon continues even up to 15-20 years of age, putting teenagers in an embarrassing situation.

Boys outnumber girls in this bed-wetting problem. Bed-wetting is an issue almost every family face. It is extremely common among young kids but it can last into the teen years.  But there are few home remedies that can be used to cure this problem if it has become too frequent to bear. Bed-wetting usually goes away naturally but a herbal remedy can be use when it is becoming to embarrassing.

Causes of Bed-wetting.
Bed-wetting can happen due to physical and emotional causative factors. Infection in the urinary system that is, in the bladder or kidney or a structural defect in the tract, or sometimes thread worm in the stool may also cause the problem. The psychological factors involved are emotional immaturity, shyness, conflicts between parents, fear, rivalry among children, problems of adjustment in school and feeling of insecurity. 

Signs and Symptoms.
Involuntary urinating in bed at night. 

Herbal Remedies. 
A tea spoon of pure honey should be given to the child before going to bed. Sarshapa ie sarson powder, well mixed in a cup of milk, if given at night before going to bed, stops the wetting.
