Her name is Blessing Agidi Ode (picture below) a 200 Level student of University of Agriculture Makurdi. See her picture below
Before her death, she was an INEC ad-hoc staff who was traveling to her deployment area on a motorcycle before she meet her untimely death.
The motorcycle rider was also an INEC ad-hoc staff but he survived with series of injuries to his body. May her soul rest in peace.
