Fuel Scarcity Hits Nigeria, Pastor Pray for Water to Turn Petrol

As fuel scarcity hits Nigeria (a country richly bless with crude oil) so hard, a pastor from Rivers was found praying incessantly for water to turn to petrol so that he can use to fuel his generator because there was no electricity.
