Minister of Labour and Employment Chris Ngige has revealed how the money will be paid and who will benefit from the money.
The Minister revealed few days ago that, unemployed graduates, market women, the Civilian JTF in the north-east are among the category of people who will be beneficiaries of the Federal Government's N5,000 stipend.
The money will be disbursed through a social security scheme. Ngige made the clarification in an interview with journalists on Monday in Abuja.
